Must show good professional communication and influencing skills to tackle customers in the field. · Target Achievement & Productivity Deliverance - Meet month on month target of enrolment and liabilities sourced via BC merchants. Must be able to sell Personal Loans/Retail Small Capital Loans. · Process and Compliance – Must ensure 100% collection efficiency of loans, adherence to business compliance policies and prioritize portfolio quality maintenance at designated Branch.
